Chapter one · The family

Built around the family table.

Founded in 1999 by Joanna, Royal Meat began as a young entrepreneur’s passion for sharing the flavors of her Taiwanese heritage. Today, the family-owned company is operated by George Tsai, CEO, and Cindy Cheng, Marketing Director, who have led the business together for the past five years.

George brings a technology background to Royal Meat, applying precision, process discipline, and continuous improvement throughout the company’s operations. He and Cindy also share a deep passion for food and home cooking. From its USDA-inspected facility in Everett, Washington, Royal Meat produces fully cooked, ready-to-enjoy Asian-style pork and chicken. We also make our signature sauces in-house using authentic recipes, clean ingredients, and a commitment to exceptional quality.

We believe great food brings family and friends together, creating meaningful moments around the table. Our mission is to introduce authentic Asian recipes to more families through comforting, home-style flavors and products made with care.

Great food brings family and friends together.

More than a name

ROYAL

Exceptional care · Every meal

Chapter two · The name

What Royal Meat means.

The name Royal Meat reflects a simple belief: every family deserves food prepared with exceptional care. “Royal” represents the high standards we bring to quality, flavor, and food safety.

Since 1999, our family has combined authentic Asian recipes with the warmth of home cooking. We believe a great meal does not need to be complicated or reserved for special occasions. It should be clean, convenient, full of flavor, and worthy of serving to the people you care about most. That is what the name Royal Meat means to us: treating every meal—and every customer—like family.

25+Years in the Pacific Northwest

Chapter three · The place

Pacific Northwest roots.

Royal Meat has proudly called the Pacific Northwest home for more than 25 years. From our USDA-inspected facility in Everett, Washington, we prepare food for families, retailers, and communities throughout the region. Like the Pacific Northwest itself, our company brings together different cultures, traditions, and flavors.

What sets Royal Meat apart is our combination of authentic Asian home cooking and hands-on, local family ownership. George and Cindy remain closely involved in everything from recipes and production to customer relationships. We also make our signature sauces in-house using authentic recipes, clean ingredients, and a commitment to consistent quality. These sauces are an essential part of our products, delivering the distinctive flavors that make each meal feel complete.

Our fully cooked pork and chicken offer the convenience busy families need without sacrificing comforting flavor or thoughtfully selected ingredients. We are large enough to serve regional grocery partners, yet personal enough to listen, respond, and care about every product bearing our name. For us, great food is more than a meal—it brings family, friends, and communities together.
