Information we collect

• We collect information through several separate forms, and we only use what you give us for the purpose of the form you chose. The forms are distinct and are described below.
• Mailing list (newsletter): if you join our mailing list, we collect your email address, an optional first name, your explicit marketing consent, the source of the signup, and the dates you consented and subscribed. This is a marketing opt-in. It is not treated as an inquiry.
• Community content submissions (The Royal Table): when you share a meal, recipe, photo, or video, we collect your name, email, optional city/state, your social handle or a link to your work, the content type and featured product, your recipe/caption/story, an optional store or retailer, and any photo or video you choose to upload. Uploaded media is stored privately.
• Creator collaboration applications (The Royal Table): when you apply to collaborate, we collect your name, email, optional city/state, your primary platform and channel/handle, optional audience-size range, the content formats you offer, your geographic audience, an optional portfolio or media-kit link or file, your proposal, and the products or programs you're interested in.
• Retailer / distributor partnership inquiries: when you submit a business inquiry, we collect your partnership type, contact name, job title, business email, phone, company, optional company website, city/state or headquarters, optional territory/service area, optional number of locations or business scale, products/programs of interest, optional timeline, and your message.
• General contact inquiries: when you contact us with a general question, we collect your name, email, inquiry type, message, and (for business-type questions) your phone, company, and website or social link.
• Automatic technical data: like most websites, our hosting and analytics may record limited technical information such as approximate location, device and browser type, and pages viewed. Optional analytics and advertising cookies are only used with your consent.

How we use your information

• Mailing list: to send the marketing updates you asked for (product news, serving ideas, recipes, and where to find Royal Meat), and to let you unsubscribe at any time. We act on your marketing consent and record when you gave it.
• Community content submissions: to privately review what you share for a possible feature. Submitting content does not guarantee it will be published, and nothing is published automatically. We contact you using the email you provided if we'd like to feature it.
• Creator collaboration applications: to privately review your application for a possible collaboration. Applying does not guarantee selection; we follow up only if there's a fit.
• Retailer / distributor partnership inquiries: to review your business details and follow up about a potential partnership, typically within 1–2 business days.
• General contact inquiries: to respond to your question and route it to the right person, and to send you a confirmation that we received it.
• Site improvement: to understand how the site is used and improve it, where you have allowed optional analytics.

How submitted content and media are handled

• Community submissions and creator applications are reviewed privately by our team. They are never published automatically, and submitting does not guarantee a feature or a collaboration.
• Any photo, video, or file you upload is stored in private storage. It is not made public, and it is only accessible to authorized reviewers for the purpose of reviewing your submission.
• Your email address and contact details are kept private and are not shown publicly. If we'd like to feature your content, we contact you first using the email you provided.

Service providers we use

• Vercel: website hosting and delivery.
• Supabase: secure storage of inquiries, mailing-list subscriptions, and private media uploads (on the shared LMN Client Websites platform, scoped to Royal Meat).
• Resend: sending our internal notification and your confirmation email.
• Vercel Web Analytics: cookieless, privacy-conscious measurement of page views and overall site usage. It does not use cookies or collect personal information, and we load it only with your consent.
• Meta Pixel and advertising cookies: used only with your consent, to measure and improve our advertising. You can decline these.

These providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and your choices

• Essential cookies are needed to run the site. Optional analytics and advertising are only enabled after you accept them. Our website analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) does not use cookies; advertising (Meta Pixel) uses cookies and is only set after you accept.
• You can accept or decline optional analytics and advertising when you first visit, and change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

How long we keep information

• Mailing list: we keep your subscription until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. When you unsubscribe, we mark the subscription inactive and record the date.
• Inquiries and applications (general contact, community submissions, creator applications, and partnership inquiries): we keep these for as long as needed to review and respond, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Uploaded media: private uploads are retained with the related submission and removed when the submission is deleted.
• We keep information only as long as we have a legitimate need for it or as required by applicable law, then delete or de-identify it.

Your rights and choices

• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us, for any of the forms above. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law.
• Mailing list: you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us.
• Submissions and applications: you can ask us to withdraw a community submission, creator application, or partnership inquiry, and to delete any media you uploaded.
• Where you gave consent (for example, marketing emails or optional cookies), you can withdraw it at any time; withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.
